Mr. Nabindra from D-VA presented his work on 'Development of an Open-Source Tool for Real-Time Visualization of the Distribution Grid' in 33rd International Symposium on Industrial Electronics (IEEE-ISIE 2024) held at Ulsan, South Korea from 17-21 June, 2024. In addition, Dr. Kamal and Mr. Phurba, both from Team D-VA also joined the event.The project partners include Kathmandu University, NTNU, Norway and K&A Engineering Consulting P.C. The project is funded by Energize Nepal.

Two of our Research Assistants joined the conference, ECTI-CON 2024 held from 27-30 May 2024 at Khon-Kaen, Thailand.In addition, Mr. Phurba also presented a paper on 'Real Time Distribution Grid Visualization'. The conference was a great learning platform to the team.

The D-VA team joined ICT-CEEL 2023 at Khwopa College where the team presented a paper about grid Visualization and also got opportunity to learn about recent developments in Engineering.

D-VA and EMCS jointly organized a 3 day training on 'Distribution Grid Visualization using Smart Metering' from Devember 27 to 29, 2024. A total of 17 participants with 9 from the Industrial sector and 8 from the Academic sector participated in it. This training was mainly supported by Energize Nepal and also co-supported by UGC.
